HireConcierge vs AI Apply — credits, cancellation, and who hits Submit
Both products help job seekers move applications faster. The useful differences are what happens to unused credits when you cancel, and whether you want a fully automatic apply queue or a concierge on supported employer ATS flows.

Credits and cancellation
HireConcierge: active searching runs on a monthly plan with credits for searches, resume tailoring, and applications. You can buy more credits any time. Credits never expire, including credits you do not use that month.
AI Apply: per their help center (captured 5 September 2026), Auto Apply is credit-based (1 credit = 1 successfully submitted application). Credits remain while the subscription is active. If you cancel and let the subscription lapse, unused credits expire at the end of that billing period and are not restored if you renew later. Source: AIApply help — credits on cancel.
Published Auto Apply plan prices (at capture)
AIApply’s Auto Apply overview (captured 5 September 2026) lists $49/month for 100 applications, $99/month for 250, and $199/quarter for 750, plus optional Tailored Resume / Cover Letter add-ons at $12/month each. Treat these as a snapshot, not a permanent guarantee. Source: How Auto Apply works.
HireConcierge shows full plan details after registration; we do not put a competing price table here that could go stale without a recheck.
Who submits the application
AIApply describes Auto Apply as submitting applications on your behalf automatically from criteria you set, including a fully automatic mode. They also note some employer systems are “not supported” and are skipped. That is their product scope — not a judgment of quality.
HireConcierge’s Aria is built as a concierge: match, tailor from experience you provided, submit on supported portals, and keep you in the loop on approvals. It does not invent employers, degrees, or skills. Details: how Aria applies.
