How Aria applies — step by step, without the hype
Aria is HireConcierge's application concierge. The loop is deliberate: find roles that match your preferences, tailor materials to each posting, submit on supported employer portals, and notify you when something goes out.
1. Preferences and matching
You set target roles, constraints, and work authorization details. Aria scores openings against that profile so you are not drowning in noise.
2. Tailoring
For roles you pursue, Aria rewrites resume and cover letter language to mirror the posting — using experience you provided. It does not invent employers, degrees, or skills. Details: AI resume tailoring.
3. Portal submission
Where the flow is supported, Aria navigates the employer ATS (for example Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby configurations we support) rather than stopping at Easy Apply. Unsupported or exotic forms may still fail — we state capability narrowly.
4. Your control
By default Aria shortlists and waits for approval. You can enable automatic apply in settings later. Confirmations go to your dashboard and notification channels you configure.
