What a job application concierge actually does

A job board shows listings. An auto-apply tool often stops at LinkedIn Easy Apply. A job application concierge is built for the rest of the funnel: matching roles to your preferences, rewriting materials for each posting, and submitting on the employer's own career site — including major ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby where the flow is supported.

HireConcierge's Aria is that concierge. You stay in control of approvals by default; you can review matches before anything goes out.

Who this is for

People who are qualified but drowning in repetitive forms. People who already know Easy Apply is not enough for the roles they want. People who want a human-in-the-loop default — shortlist first, send when you say so — without hiring a full-time assistant.

What it is not

It is not a promise that every employer portal on the internet will work the first time. Supported ATS flows matter; exotic one-off forms may still need a manual path. It is not a license to invent skills — Aria reframes experience you provide to match a posting; you approve what ships unless you turn on automatic apply.
