Through unmatched insights and expertise, white-glove service, purpose-built tools, and risk underwriting, we power a more prosperous, clean, and secure energy future. Support and increasingly help drive debt origination and advisory work across construction, term, back-leverage, tax equity bridge, and other structured debt products, partnering closely with Structuring and Capital Coverage on lender engagement and terms negotiation. Apply deep market intelligence and product knowledge to advise clients on M&A and debt opportunities across the clean energy capital stack. Build engagement with senior stakeholders at client organizations, while mentoring junior team members on relationship-building and deal execution. Own the development of M&A- and debt-specific client-facing materials, including CIMs, teasers, buyer/lender lists, process trackers, valuation analyses, and financial models. Help manage transaction execution workstreams for M&A and debt mandates, including diligence oversight, process management, and coordination with legal, financial, and technical advisors. Drive client onboarding and ongoing engagement strategy with Crux's software and Intelligence platforms. Champion customer feedback into Product, Operations, and software teams to shape Crux's platform roadmap. Contribute thought leadership on M&A and debt market trends to Market Intelligence content, and represent Crux at webinars, industry events, and conferences.
