• Build trusted relationships with customers and serve as a strategic partner throughout the renewal lifecycle.

• Achieve and maintain renewal rates of 90% or higher while supporting company retention and revenue goals.

• Identify renewal risk early and develop mitigation plans in partnership with Account Executives, Technical Account Managers, and Customer Success.

• Partner with Sales to identify and qualify expansion opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Forecast renewals accurately and maintain opportunity data within Salesforce.

• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure timely and accurate contract execution.

• Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to share customer feedback, identify adoption trends, and support customer education initiatives.

• Continuously improve renewal processes, reporting, and customer engagement strategies.

• Meet or exceed established renewal, forecast accuracy, and operational performance metrics.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, sales, or another customer-facing commercial role.

• Experience managing customer relationships and negotiating commercial agreements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

• Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise software, SaaS, or another technology industry preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.

• Demonstrated ability to identify business value and create compelling reasons for customers to renew and expand.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Experience using Salesforce or another enterprise CRM.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, assess renewal risk, and make data-driven decisions.

• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
