The Senior Tax Manager will serve as a highly technical tax generalist, preparing and reviewing a wide range of individual, corporate, partnership, and multistate tax returns while supporting complex transactions and business advisory work.

Prep for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individual & Multi-state taxReview for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individual & Multi-state taxExperience working with 754 elections and 1031 exchangesStrong complex/transactional tax experience+ 704(b), 704(c), partnership reorganizations, restructures, stock transfers, distributions, etcTransaction and Business Advisory experience

Skills

10+ years of Public Accounting experiencePrep for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individual & Multi-state taxReview for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individual & Multi-state taxHigh Level of Technical knowledgeExperience working with clients in the $10 million - $100 million revenue rangeExperience working with 754 elections and 1031 exchangesStrong complex/transactional tax experience704(b), 704(c), partnership reorganizations, restructures, stock transfers, distributions, etcActive CPA or EATransaction and Business Advisory experience
