About this role
Role Overview: Float Pool Registered Nurses (RNs) provide direct patient care across multiple hospitals within a multidisciplinary team environment. They support high-acuity acute care units, utilizing evidence-based practices, and prioritize patient safety, wellness, and quality outcomes. They serve as preceptors for new staff and adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, collaborate with team members, and contribute to a safe, efficient healthcare environment. Support specialty education and maintain competency through ongoing training and clinical guidance.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (if <3 years’ experience)Valid RN licensureMinimum 6 months of RN experienceBLS certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross
