Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to hiring leaders - translating business goals into talent strategies and clear hiring plans.

• Design and execute search strategies grounded in market insight, structured process, and measurable progress.

• Source, engage, and close exceptional talent.

• Take ownership of assessment - deeply understand what excellence looks like in every role, evaluate for both skill and potential, and uphold Quince’s uncompromising talent bar.

• Build pipelines proactively and anticipate future needs, keeping quality and speed in balance.

• Deliver a consistent, best-in-class candidate experience.

• Contribute to recruiting excellence by improving too
