About this role

Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager, G&A Data & Intelligence to shape data products and intelligence capabilities that help RevMed transact, close, plan, forecast, govern, and scale with trusted business data.

As RevMed scales toward commercialization, this role will focus first on ERP and Finance data products that support launch readiness, revenue operations, inventory visibility, demand planning, financial controls, reporting confidence, and executive decision-making. The ideal candidate brings deep ERP and Finance data experience, preferably with NetSuite or a similar ERP platform. While the role spans multiple G&A domains, the highest priority is ERP and Finance data, followed by People data, Procurement data, and Legal data.

Product surfaces may include finance data marts, executive reporting products, revenue and inventory intelligence, demand planning datasets, workforce analytics, spend intelligence, contract lifecycle insights, governed business metrics, and natural language access to priority G&A data.

Key Responsibilities

Own G&A data product strategy and business outcomes

• Define the vision and roadmap for G&A data products and intelligence capabilities across Finance, ERP, People, Procurement, Legal, and related enterprise workflows.

• Prioritize ERP and Finance data products across general ledger, inventory management, revenue recognition, demand planning, financial reporting, forecasting, and operational controls.

• Set success metrics tied to close efficiency, reporting accuracy, forecast confidence, inventory visibility, revenue readiness, planning cycle time, self-service usage, and reduced manual work.

• Build a Now, Next, Later roadmap that balances ERP and Finance data maturity with broader G&A analytics, automation, and decision support.

Shape data products around Finance and operating decisions

• Understand workflows across Accounting, FP&A, Finance Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, People, Procurement, Legal, and executive stakeholders.

• Design data products around key decision moments such as financial close, revenue recognition, inventory visibility, demand planning, budget planning, forecast updates, workforce planning, vendor spend, and contract visibility.

• Translate business workflows and analytical needs into clear product requirements and prioritized capabilities.

• Determine when to build, buy, partner, configure, or integrate based on user value, data availability, platform fit, compliance needs, scalability, interoperability, and maintainability.

Establish trusted, reusable G&A data products

• Partner with Finance, IT, Data, Security, vendors, and source-system owners to deliver priority G&A data products from NetSuite and adjacent platforms.

• Clarify systems of record and reusable data products for key business data, including general ledger, vendors, purchase orders, inventory, revenue, forecasts, workforce data, compensation data, contracts, approvals, and audit-relevant attributes.

• Improve data quality, metadata, lineage, governance, controls, reporting readiness, and usability across ERP, planning, HRIS, recruiting, compensation, procurement, and legal source systems.

• Ensure G&A data products turn financial, operational, people, procurement, and legal data into decision-grade insights, not just transactions, extracts, or static reports.

Enable self-service insights, automation, and adoption

• Enable self-service reporting, governed metrics, variance analysis, planning views, workflow automation, and natural language access to priority G&A data.
