What You’ll Do:

Description of the Team

This role sits within CoreWeave’s data center delivery and supply chain organization, partnering closely with Project Management, Supply Management, Procurement, and Logistics teams. The team is responsible for ensuring materials are planned, scheduled, and delivered in alignment with aggressive data center build timelines and cost objectives.

About the Role

As a Master Scheduler, you will own the end-to-end master scheduling of raw material deliveries across multiple data center projects. You will own bill of materials (BOM) generation and master scheduling for site deployments — while the engineering team provides designs, this role builds the BOM and schedules parts & deliveries. On a day-to-day basis, you will analyze project plans, forecast material requirements, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure materials arrive on-site on time and in full. You will actively track deliveries, resolve schedule conflicts, and adjust plans to mitigate risk and prevent bottlenecks. This role is critical to maintaining build velocity, cost control, and execution excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling

• Strong experience with creating Bill of Materials from engineering designs.

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining master schedules for complex, multi-project environments

• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project

• Experience forecasting material requirements based on project specifications and milestones

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using spreadsheets and related planning tools

• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics

• Experience tracking material deliveries, managing exceptions, and implementing corrective actions

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred:

• Experience supporting data center, infrastructure, construction, or large-scale capital projects

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and material tracking tools

• Experience working with suppliers and external contractors</sp
