About the Role Color’s ASCO Certified oncology care programs are designed for one of the most complex and human moments in healthcare: helping patients through an active cancer diagnosis and treatment with trusted clinical care and support. This is a rare opportunity to bring dedicated ownership to innovative work already underway, helping focus and accelerate how Color’s oncology care programs grow, scale, and reach more people. As the General Manager for Oncology Care, you will serve as the business owner for a critical product and service line at Color. You will guide program strategy, product direction, commercial growth, and market presence, working across teams to ensure the offering is clinically strong, operationally scalable, commercially compelling, and deeply useful to patients and customers. This is a principal-level individual contributor role for someone who can bring clarity to complex and incredibly impactful work. You will help define where the program goes next, how it evolves, how it is brought to market, and how it delivers value across the full experience, from patient care to customer partnership to business performance. You will partner closely with Color's executive leadership in commercial, operations, product, marketing and clinical as well as Color’s CEO and President, and you will be an important voice in strategic conversations with health plans, employers, and other healthcare stakeholders. The role requires both vision and precision: the ability to see what cancer care can become, and the discipline to build the path there with a strong team. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and offers meaningful ownership in a growing area of Color’s business as we continue to expand access to high-quality cancer care. What You’ll Own Program Strategy and Business Ownership You will help define and advance the strategy for Color’s oncology care programs, including how the offering evolves, where we focus, and how we measure success. You will translate patient needs, customer priorities, clinical insight, and market signals into clear product, service, and business priorities. You will develop business cases for new capabilities, program improvements, and expansion opportunities, balancing patient impact, customer value, operational feasibility, and business outcomes. Product and Service Development You will partner with go to market, clinical, product, engineering, and operations teams to bring new capabilities from concept through launch and ongoing improvement. You will help ensure the program works well end to end, including the patient and clinician experience, customer experience, clinical workflows, operating models, and supporting technology. You will bring structure to ambiguous problems, help teams make thoughtful tradeoffs, and keep execution moving with focus and discipline. Commercial Strategy and Customer Engagement You will own Color’s oncology care programs go-to-market strategy, and shape how they are communicated to the market, including the customer value proposition, core narrative, positioning, packaging, launch approach, pricing of new products, and materials that support commercial conversations. You will partner with sales and account teams on strategic customer conversations, renewals, and feedback from the market. You will develop and maintain sales playbooks, pitch messaging, objection handling, and competitive intelligence You will serve as a credible external voice for the Oncology Care Programs with healthcare buyers, partners, and industry audiences. You will develop deep buyer fluency across payers, employers, and cancer centers that accelerates deals and builds trust You will be the go-to person at Color on the market, including how it’s evolving, how to keep ahead of competitors, and early signals of market interest Cross-Functional Leadership You will act as a connective leader across clinical, product, operations, commercial, marketing, and customer teams.
