ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Corporate Finance team. This individual will serve as the connective tissue across Corporate and Division finance teams to produce financial analysis and insights across Anduril’s business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly collaborative, with FP&A experience analyzing enterprise data and translating it into a clear story that guides executive decision-making and optimizes financial performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Run the Cadence: Execute the financial operating calendar (monthly, quarterly, annually), building and maintaining internal team templates and deliverables, preparing executive presentation materials and driving inputs and alignment from cross-functional partners ahead of key decisions.

• Connect the Dots: Run the mechanics of consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning, working hand-in-hand with each Division’s finance team to understand key operational drivers and analyze performance against plan.

• Build the Narrative: Translate complex financial data into clear, executive-ready analysis for the CFO and C-Suite, explaining the "why" behind our performance, highlighting key trends and critical context, and framing risks, opportunities and trade-offs so leadership can act on them.

• Build for Scale: Continuously improve our financial consolidation, reporting, and forecasting infrastructure, building robust processes and models that can keep pace with Anduril’s dynamic growth.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-9 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance/FP&A, Investment Banking, Investor Relations, Consulting or Strategy, preferably with exposure to corporate consolidations.

• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Excel/financial modeling

• Comfortable working across financial systems (e.g., ERP, consolidation, and planning tools), understanding how data flows between them, with an eye for improving the processes and tooling that make analysis faster and more reliable.

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly cross-functionally; collaborative by default, comfortable building trust with partners across Finance, Accounting, and the business.

• Intellectually curious - you seek to understand the why behind the numbers and dive into the operations as needed.

• Action oriented with end-to-end process ownership and high-quality work despite tight deadlines.

• Preferred to have DoD and/or Tech industry experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related field

• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
