As a Maintenance Supervisor of Facilities you will lead and oversee the continuous operation and maintenance of facility systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance. This role requires a technically proficient engineer who can supervisor outsourced teams, manage emergencies and ensure seamless operations across all shifts.

You Will:

• Ensure uninterrupted facility operations by providing engineering oversight across all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays 24/7.

• Supervise and guide outsourced maintenance teams, ensuring proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

• Act as the subject matter expert for critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS, etc.), ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

• Monitor contractor performance, enforce safety and quality standards, and validate compliance with SLAs and KPIs.

• Lead the technical response to facility emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate rapid recovery actions.

• Review and validate maintenance reports, shift logs, and incident records. Provide technical input for root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and internal policies.

You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.

• 2+ years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead engineering role.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills under pressure.
