Pulse Nursing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurses (RGN) to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
