T-Mark is looking for a motivated Apprentice Electrician who wants to learn from experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and build a long-term career in the electrical trade. What You'll Do

Assist licensed electricians with residential electrical service and installation work

Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues

Install outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and electrical components

Assist with panel upgrades, wiring projects, and electrical repairs

Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment

Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles

Follow company safety procedures and electrical codes

Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Participate in ongoing training and development

What We're Looking For

Desire to build a long-term career in the electrical trade

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools

Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

Professional communication and customer service skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

Previous electrical, construction, or trade experience

Electrical apprentice registration

Experience using hand and power tools

Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety practices

Residential electrical experience

Ability to read blueprints or wiring diagrams

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds

Ability to work on ladders and in tight spaces

Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and work in varying weather conditions

Ability to work safely around electrical systems
